Where are you based?
CSA Global Logistics operates 13 offices across 8 countries. Forwarding Hubs include Wollerau (HQ), Hamburg, Warsaw, Miami and Shanghai, Each role posting lists its location and any travel expectations.
Do I need a freight forwarding background?
For senior operator and branch manager roles, yes — we hire experienced forwarders. For analyst and support roles, adjacent supply chain experience can be enough if the fundamentals are there.
What languages do you need?
English is the working language across the global network. Local language fluency (Mandarin, German, Arabic, etc.) is required for client-facing roles in those markets.
How quickly do you hire?
From first call to offer is typically two to four weeks. We don't run processes that drag — if the role is a fit on both sides, we move.
Do you offer hybrid working?
Operations roles are on-site (the desk needs to be on the desk).
